What a difference a week makes! With the wedding behind us, we are now all reliving the memories of Andrew and Laura’s beautiful ceremony and reception. As promised, here are a few pics of the happy couple!
Having family and friends surround them with love and support was wonderful—flowers, photography, makeup, hair, yet there are others whose contribution was just invaluable. Much appreciation and gratitude go out to those who were instrumental in making that day so memorable and magical.
A huge thank you goes out to the team at the Residences at Rodney Square for helping us extend a warm welcome as guests arrived in the Weaver Room to celebrate. The food was exceptional, so a big SHOUT OUT goes to Mary Glenn and team at Zoe’s Kitchen and Mandy Burton and team at Del Pez on the Riverfront. And we could not have done any of it without the outstanding event management of my business partner and bestie, Pat Howes and my sister, Tracy Kress!
All of this reminds me that we never really achieve or celebrate success from just our accomplishments alone. As we partner with others, and synergize our gifts, strengths and talents, we’re better together than we ever could have been on our own. The contribution of each one brings harmony and together creates a symphony of celebration.
To grow exceptional businesses, we need to surround ourselves and partner with those whose gifts and strengths complement our own. Who’s in your circle of support? Who are you looking to for guidance and assistance? Where are you making contributions into the lives of others?
As the year draws to a close, let us be mindful of those you have supported us and poured into us so that we could come into another level of growth, personally and professionally. May we in turn realize, that our contributions into the lives of others, move them in the direction of their dreams.
Best,
Donna
